Usage Data: Basic app logs such as errors, performance metrics, and anonymized usage statistics to help improve Emafy.

3. Data Storage & Security

We process Gmail data in real time and do not permanently store your email content. Authentication tokens are securely stored and encrypted. All data transmissions are protected with HTTPS. You may revoke Emafy’s access to your Gmail account at any time through your Google Account settings.

4. Third-Party Services

Emafy relies on third-party services, including:

Google: Gmail API and authentication.
OpenAI: Email classification processing.
Hosting Providers: Infrastructure to run the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information (email, authentication tokens) only as long as your account is active. Gmail messages are not stored beyond the classification process. When you revoke access or delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted.

Revoke access at any time via Google Account → Security → Manage third-party access.
Request account deletion by contacting us directly.

7. Children’s Privacy

Emafy is not directed at or intended for children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
